After creating tons of buzz with their solid EP release back in 2003, Reverie Sound Revue never made their long player due to the band having other callings and separating in 2004, leaving everyone to wonder what could have been. Apparently, the band wondered also because before long they were back in communication and their self-titled record has been in the works for several years. You may recognize lead singer Lisa Lobsinger from Broken Social Scene fame as Reverie Sound Revue puts her stylistic looks and siren sound front and center. It is her warm and seductive vocals that drive this breezy and lighthearted crafted debut record to the next level.
