I googled Julianne Moore's filmography and realized I missed a lot of her films, especially the good ones like Magnolia and The Hours. She caught my attention in her short role as Annabella Sciorra's best friend in The Hand That Rocks The Cradle. Unfortunately her character died tragically in a greenhouse. That time, her face reminded me of Madonna and I actually thought she could play Madge in her biopic. The two did appear in a film together, Madonna's much-maligned Body Of Evidence. Julianne went on to appear in several films, some of them I liked (Far From Heaven, Boogie Nights and Hannibal) and the rest were simply forgettable. She going to be in Colin Firth's latest film A Single Man, directed by Tom Ford (Yes, the Gucci designer).
