10 Movies I'd Love To Watch

Here goes...

1. PRECIOUS- Story about the plight of a 16-year old obese black girl. Championed by Oprah Winfrey.

2. WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE - Fantasy film directed by Spike Jonze (Fatboy Slim "Praise You" music video, Being John Malkovich) adapted from a children's book. I saw the movie trailer. Can't wait.

3. AVATAR - Being touted as the most expensive film ever with a whopping $230 million budget. James Cameron's official follow-up to Titanic.

4. FANTASTIC MR. FOX - Wes Anderson's (The Royal Tenenbaums) first stop-motion animated film. Voiced by stellar cast - Meryl Streep, Bill Muray & Robert De Niro.

5. A SINGLE MAN - Ex-Gucci guy Tom Ford's debut film about a gay college professor played by Colin Firth. Oscar buzz abound.

6. I LOVE YOU PHILLIP MORRIS - Jim Carrey's first gay film. Also starring Ewan McGregor. The film was deemed too controversial therefore had to be edited for a mainstream audience.

7. PARANORMAL ACTIVITY - Just want to know what the fuzz is all about. Described as the 'new Blair Witch Project'.
A film made by a 39-year-old video games designer for only $10,000 has made more than US$100 million at the American box office.

8. DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE MORGANS? - Certified chick flick. Starring Sarah Jessica Parker & Hugh Grant. Directed by the same guy behind Music & Lyrics and Miss Congeniality.

9. ALICE IN WONDERLAND - Tim Burton's latest fantasy film starring the whole gang - Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Christopher Lee, Alan Rickman. Curious to see Matt Lucas (Little Britain) as Tweedledum and Tweedledee.

10. DATE NIGHT - I'm so excited about this film led by two of my favorite comedy stars - Steve Carell & Tina Fey, from two of my favorite TV shows - The Office and 30 Rock. Directed by Shawn Levy (Night At The Museum, Just Married).
